Professional Indemnity (“PI”) insurance is an insurance cover designed to protect
business offering professional advice or services.

When you think of Professional Indemnity you are probably assuming that this will be for
the design of graphics or signage etc. Whilst there is a risk such as breach of copyright for instance but you have other exposures. Surveying of customers premises, siteing of signs,
and then of course you may be dealing with Local Authorities with or on behalf of your
customer assisting them with planning applications. There are many areas where the sign installer may be at risk, make sure you cover those exposures!
